Healca Architect Ontario

Gyana Meera is an architect and founder of Clover, whose career spans more than two decades across India and Canada. With deep experience in healthcare design and strategic predesign, she is known for helping clients navigate complexity with clarity, care, and conviction.
Her work translates clinical, operational, and institutional challenges into practical design intelligence that supports better decisions and stronger project outcomes. Gyana’s perspective has been shaped by life and work in New Delhi, Saskatoon, Toronto, and Ottawa. That journey has given her a keen understanding of how people experience systems differently, how culture and context shape opportunity, and how inclusive leadership strengthens both process and outcome.

She brings that awareness to every engagement, creating space for diverse voices while guiding stakeholders toward alignment, confidence, and a clear way forward.

An EDAC-certified professional, Gyana believes healthcare architecture must be as human as it is technical. Her leadership is defined by disciplined listening, strategic insight, and a commitment to building healthier communities through rigorous, resilient, and inclusive design.

WHY CLOVER ?

The red clover is a quiet force in nature—unassuming, yet deeply impactful. As a resilient cover crop, it restores and enriches the soil, creating the conditions for other systems to thrive. That philosophy is at the heart of Clover.

We work at the earliest stages of healthcare projects, strengthening the foundations upon which everything else depends. Like the red clover, our role is not always visible—but it is essential. By bringing clarity to complexity and alignment to diverse stakeholders, we help create the conditions for better decisions, stronger outcomes, and more sustainable results.

The red clover also reflects our commitment to building healthier communities. It grounds our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility and reinforces our belief that thoughtful, strategic work at the beginning can positively shape everything that follows.
